Mandeville residents, Keith and Candice Linville, decided to open Shuck N Jive to fulfill a need for an Old New Orleans style, neighborhood, family Seafood Restaurant and Oyster Bar in Mandeville.  We are a full service restaurant and bar specializing in the largest and freshest fish selections on the Northshore.  Everything we make, from our soups and sauces, to our desserts, are made in-house, fresh daily.  We only use Louisiana Seafood.  NO IMPORTS!!  We can guarantee a consistent supply of all boiled seafood and fixings, including crawfish, crabs, and shrimp with potatoes, corn, sausage, mushrooms, and garlic.  We offer a diverse menu featuring Louisiana favorites from Turtle Soup, Crawfish Ettouffee, and Gumbos or Seafood Salad, Fried Oyster Spinach Salad to our Poboys and Seafood Baskets, all the way to our now famous desserts.  Our extensive Poboy selections are all made with fresh New Orleans Style French bread and are the lowest prices in town.  Check out all of our great prices on our online menu.  Just a few of our specialties include:
